Patch Work Internet

Description
For one year Lena Müller collected the smallest pieces of the internet: comments under videos, captions under holiday photos, and the search queries people start typing and then abandon. Thousands of fragments, most of them unfinished.
In Internet Patchworking she stitches them together live. The fragments appear on the wall one by one, and she reads them aloud as they arrive, building a single spoken quilt out of other people's half-sentences. What emerges is funny and unexpectedly tender: a portrait of everyone, typing alone at night, asking the same few questions.
No two performances use the same material.

Excerpt
how to fold a fitted sheet
is it normal to miss
cheap flights to anywhere warm
why does my cat sit on paper
what time is it in
how long does grief
how long does bread last
is it too late to
words that mean almost
song that goes la la la in the middle
how to say sorry in
how to say
