Writing the Pause

How long can a poem wait before the next word? In this workshop we read short examples, try writing exercises built around hesitation and interruption, and look at how line breaks and white space shape meaning.

The workshop is open to beginners and to people who already write. Bring a notebook and one short text you are working on.
